| This hotel is convenient and is just at the back of the Victoria Station within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly and willing to offer assistance. Breakfast is excellent. |

| The room was compact but had everything in it I required - even able to open balcony door to ensure that it wasnt too warm and stuffy. NO disturbance by noise from other guests or Victoria Station The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. Overall very pleased with facilities and location. |

| I have stayed at the Hysperia on many occassions and it never fails to impress me. In particular the staff are so welcoming and attentive. |

| nice hotel pleasant helpfull staff. room very small,hot & noisey ,no wardrobe just rails.I've stayed in nicer standard rooms in this hotel. Sometimes have a problem with this hotel obtaining a requested smoking double room without having to upgrade. Breakfast excellent,with efficient friendly staff. Good location & very good value.Already booked a further stay at this hotel |
