| the location of the hotel was great right beside hyde park and 20 minute walk from marble arch. The room was clean and spacious, a bit old fashioned but nice. the breakfast was very nice and the choice was good too. Our first encounter with the hotel staff was not very positive but after that the staff was friendly and helpful |
