| HAD TO UPGRADE AT £ 30 A NIGHT AS ONLY A SHOWER IN ROOM BOOKED. GREAT HOTEL, VERY CENTRAL, VIEWS OF LONDON FROM MOST BEDROOMS. |

| The hotel room was good and the personnel was alright. I ordered room service and that was quick and the food was good. The location is very good, I have lived in this hotel before and it is very central but still quiet. |
