Rooms small but clean, quiet and comfortable. Ideal location for tube and central attractions. Breakfast excellent. Self service but wide range of hot and cold items. We have used this hotel before and will continue to use.

Enjoyed my stay as it was to visit the Chelsea flower show and catch a west end show so the location was convenient for both. I was disappointed with the standard of decor, the room was very tatty and in need of a good sprucing up and for a 4 star it would have been nice to have biscuits and bottled water provided. However the staff get full marks, very obliging, polite and informative and the breakfast and bar food were good.

I would recommend this super hotel for its great location and very safe area. The hotel is on a quiet street off Victoria Street opposite New Scotland Yard with St James Park Underground only around the corner. The hotel is as stated on the website architecturally old but they have kept its character with all its grandeur. The breakfast is not to be missed and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout but especially in the breakfast room. I got a great deal with Yeego but we did find prices within the hotel and restaurant expensive but let not that be a deterrent as you have plenty of options being so close to the centre of London. Victoria Street has a selection of high street stores & good restaurants. Great bar called the Albert with good food only around the corner. The twin room was small but with everything from a mini bar to shoe polish and miniature sewing kits. Beds were very comfortable, my mum smokes so we were offered on arrival 2 single rooms or 1 twin room smoking. Considering the hotel is old it was well kept and very clean. We were there for the Chelsea Flower Show and the location for this couldn’t be better. We will be going back. Thanks Yeego

Fab location 1 minute from underground train. Fantastic lobby, nice attentive staff. Rooms were old and dated. Very worn carpet and ripped wall paper but fabulous comfy bed and the linen and bathroom was spotless.
