We should have permission for english breakfast as well. Big and very confortable beds. Excellent location

Everything is fine, except that when someone calls you there seems not to be an operator to transfer the call to your room. I had people giving up after 15 minutes of wait without an answer.

The hotel was nice. However, when i requested a copy of the bill, i was told that my travel agent was the only person capable of doing this.
I don't see why i cannot get a paper copy of all costs incurred in my hotel stay from the hotel itself.
