| The rooms were ok. Breakfast was disappointing, the coffee and tea were not good, the employees not smiling at all. It could have been much better with small efforts like saying " good morning" with a smile..... |

| The room was clean, but very small, and very worn No space to hang clothes, and the bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries. Told all the rooms were the same but we were not shown any other room. The Continental breakfast is a joke. It consists of bread/crossaints. No fruit, cheese etc. The juice was watered downwatered down and was served in a shot glass (when glass available). There was always a shortage of cups for tea/coffee. The dining room staff were very unhelpful. Also the Assistant Manager had a bad attitude and was unhelpful. |
