Le Meridien Hotel Heliopolis, Cairo

All were good ...need WiFi in the rooms.

Good service,, water pressure in shower need more pressure.

Hotel is very nice and between everything from airport to exhibition area to shopping places. The only 2 wierd thing is; One, they charge you for parking, even if someone comes to pick you up. Two, they ask you if you are going to use credit card or cash for extras and ask from you before you even make any extra.

Disrespectful behavior from the employees of the hotel in various services towards a woman travelling alone,as well as the behavior of the manager of the hotel Mr Mohamed .He was very insulting and embarassing towards me ,as before checking well he blamed me of taking a man in my room saying that i do not respect the law of their country and this was a very wrong statement as i was aware of the lwa in Egypt,and my friend was waiting for me in the lobby every day to work our business together ,and of course i do first respect myself,to expect more than the respect of any hotel accomodating me in such a country.I am sure you should consider this information for improving your agreement with them as i am working in an airline and i am very well aware of how to treat your customer to keep him/her satisfied.
