First Hotel Skt Petri, Copenhagen

Great hotel, excellent location, friendly staff and super breakfast.

Well situated in the city

The hotel is very comfortable but the services are really poor.Our mini bar was not previously checked, and things were touched when I arrived.I gave the room service a call once I noticed it ,she apologized but nothing happened until the day after,when I had to call again and had a person coming in to check on it.Another problem was on when we were leaving the hotel .We were wrongly charged for a local telephone call (70 euros for a 9 minute local cellular call),and the atendant in charge,instead of checking, insisted on saying that "calls were very expensive in Denmark"...I paid the bill and went to my breakfast , but decided to go back to the counter again and ask for the supervisor, who immediately noticed that there was a huge mistake on the charge and returned my money back.But have I not insisted I could have been charged on almost 70 euro on one local call...!

We have stayed at this hotel many times before and like it very much. The breakfast is perfect, but otherwise the hotel is in need for a common fresh up and repainting. Then it will be a five star hotel again.

Location was perfect, very central and convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room (we had a suite on the 7th floor) was very nice, clean and quiet. Bathroom was spacious with stall shower and bathtub. Only problem - the light switch for the toilet room also turned on a light in the bathroom, and as the bathroom doors were glass, the light was disturbing to anyone sleeping. Breakfasts were excellent!

This is a Design hotel with a very good quality, which is not always the case with design hotels! The rooms are very comfortable and well thought out. The bathroom is also very good and practible. The breakfast is of high standard and is one of the best I have got in Scandinavia although the orange juice was not the highest standard.

did not eat in the restaurant, but had great breakfasts. great location - in the middle of evetyhing. great service.

The most comfortable beds, pillows and quilt I have ever seen. Very stylish and clean hotel and rooms. Very nice breakfast, especially if you are a cheese lover. Good variety with a neat presentation. Central, minutes of walking distance from the train station.

nice room-excellant staff--good location

When we arriwed at the hotel there was a misunderstanding with our room and we had too wait a while for the reception to correct it and i would like to recomend for the staff to add (were sorry for the inconvenience)to their vocabulary.The room we got was very nice and the breakfast was even better, The Bar rouge was a great place to relax and have a good time and the staff there i give 10.for being outstanding. Location of course couldnt be better.

Nice hotel, good position, rooms not very clean, poor roomservice.

Rooms are very nice, bathrobes,slippers and not to forget the bed and duvet. We will definitely come again. best regards Hulda and Jörgen

We booked a small room and it was small. The beds were the best I have had on a hotel. Slept like a baby. Shower not so good. Breakfast was the best I have ever had. Location great. Gym was ok. Service superb.

Service was very good. Location excellent and so were the rooms. Breakfast was very good and so was the restaurant. The extra bed that was put in our room was very very bad. I also think the cleaning should be better for this standard of hotel.
