| 28-30 dec. The hotel was ok, but the room was on the first floor and it was very noisy outside. And the problem was that the aircondition didnt work. I heard a couple from US who said to the portier that there room felt like the summer in Arizona. Whe also complained after a bad nights sleep, and the hotel promised to fix the AC. When we went back to the room after a late dinner the only thing they had done was to lower the temperature to 5 degrees celsius, which didnt make any difference because the AC didnt work anyway. The hotel said that we should complain to you directly. We think that some sort of compensation would be on its place, because we ordered a room with AC. Regards Mats Wieslander. | good hotel, good location, good service but we found the room not clean enough, very hip and cool design but somethings seem to be getting old and dirty. |
