I carried my luggage from the taxi to the lobby and I carried my luggage from the room to the lobby. Couldn't reach front desk; no answer for 30 minutes. Otherwise, excellent hotel.Great breakfast. Access to executive suite is a blessing: food, drinks, and papers any time.Room clean, view to canal is impressive.

The hotel was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast on saturday starts at 7:00Am, a little late for early morning travellers.
