Room at front of hotel was incredibly hot, with no air conditioning, and incredibly noisy (from outside road traffic) with window open. A very uncomfortable night ensued. Breakfast mediocre and only available until 10.00am. Otherwise no complaints.

I did not stay at the hotel myself, but our agents did, and they did not mention any problems at all.

Situation of the hotel is very good near the centrum. Personennel was very polite and nice. Breakfast was very good, too - I have eaten too much :) and personnel in restaurang took good care of tables and buffet. The room was ok - only minus is that it has been smoked in the room and the smell was quite strong. I was not clever enough to ask non smoking room. Otherwise I was satisfied and I could think to take the room - non smoking - again when visiting in Copenhagen.

Teh hotel was no good. The service was a desaster and the room was dirty and cold. Our stay at the hotel was horrible because of you (yeggo. Your job was the worst services i ever recived from a operator. You are the reason why we stayed at that old hotel when more than 45 dais before i had booked the Mercure hotel wich is younger and newer, and you were driving me crazy for three dais to confirm my booked. I am absolutly disapointed with yeego and i´m sure i´ll never use your service again and will try most of people i know at internet will too.

I have had already heard that the hotels in Copenhagen are awful, and this one is an example of that. The size of the bed is OK, the room wasn't too big but OK, the closet doesn't have any door at all, but the worst of all is the bathroom. the shower is directly on the floor (first time I've ever saw it) so after you take your bath, the bathroom floor is full of water and you have to wait half an hour to have it dry and go back again to do your stuff. I think it's a shame for a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was poor, almost no fruit, no croissants at all, and a couple of times there was no milk and we had to say to the waitress. The staff was not very friendly also. I would say it should be 2 star hotel. Definitely not worth it for what it costs.
