| The staff is nice and friendly, the hotel rooms are quite small and the furniture is not very new (if you care about these things). The location is great though. Absolutely great. And also the restaurant is super. Copenhagen is very expensive, so if you have to pay a lot, you might as well be as centrally located as this. |

| The room they offered us was a sub-standard room, far too small for 2 people, with the small double bed pushed into the corner. On advising the staff of the room being too small, we were advised the hotel was full and transfered to The Square hotel around the corner. Although The Square was only a 3* hotel, the room was very clean and resonable. Altogher we had a good weekend, although not a good start by being offered a sub-standard room. |

| Nice room, but the bathroom definetly needs to be restored. The restaurant "Fraskati" has excelent food and a nice staff. The hotel location is good. Close to Tivoli, the City Hall Square and the Central Station. |

| The hotel itself was very nice, and the breakfast was spectacular, however, the "computer went down" and when I checked into the room the staff gave me, two naked people were on the bed having sex! Wecome to Demark! There were delays in getting us another room without naked people in it, but it was finally accomplished in a total of about 40 minutes. Overall, I would go back and stay there again. The location was great! |
