The SALT bar & restaurant emanates atmosphere and history with large exposed beams that frame the ceiling. The rustic, whitewashed walls, big mirrors and simplistic blue and burgundy designer’s furniture all set off the ancient Pomeranian pine beams. The cuisine is French with a Mediterranean touch, spiced with superb Danish raw materials. The menu presents a plethora of innovation, and the wines are carefully selected. In addition, hotel is equipped with a Harbour Promenade, where soft drinks, coffee, tea and cold and warm lunch- and dinner courses are served during the summer.

The SALT bar is a great place to meet, have cocktails before or after dinner or just to sit and enjoy a drink while observing the many activities in the lobby. Copenhagen nightlife can be found right at the hotel. Situated below the vaulted ceiling is Nautilus - the hotel's own nightclub
