Great hotel and always help to get from the reception if we needed something.

A centrical place to visit Praga

Very Clean, given 1st room, exc view, radiator not working, freezing cold room, asked for other room, smoking room have asthma, so complained, asked for non smoking, given another room, but again radiators not working, only one cover on bed, were very cold in room. Location was excellent, breakfast poor, would not stay again, staff very unfriendly.

The Hotel is really in the center of Praha, very clean, great service. I recomend it to every one who visit Praha The only problem is that they don't have double bed.

Nice hotel with champagne& wine breakfast. I have stayed in many hotels, but champagne I had only in Prague in Astoria hotel en in Dom hotel in Keulen. When I go to Prague one more time I'll stay again in Astoria. Everything was Oke behalve the wake up service. They forgot to wake us up at 4.30 in the morning. This is 1 minus point. The hotel is not more then 250 m from the main square Staro mesto with the famous clock. Super location!

The hotel was OK. The rooms were nice, big and clean. The location of the hotel was fantastic. The service was good, but the receptionists were not very friendly.

Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal for a short break stay. Would recommend the hotel and would use again. One criticism! - could do with coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms.

The hotel Astoria was spotlessly clean in fact one of the cleanest I have stayed in and it was lovely and warm inside while outside it was -17 degrees The breakfast was addequate but the hotel was very busy and not organised enough to make sure there were enough tables available for all the guests. The location was brilliant 8 minuits walk to the old town and there were a lot of restaurants in the area, The only thing that would put me off staying again was the noise of the traffic outside it seemed to be the busiest shortcut in Prague plus every morning at 4-30 am the refuse wagon came followed by another collecting bottles which could take up to half an hour,I know it has to be done but when you are on holiday you dont expect your day to start so early! As I said this is the only thing stopping me going back to this hotel.

Hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Breakfast was included with rate and was very generous. The room was very clean and comfortable although we could hear quite a bit of noise from the street and from other rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
