The room was quite nice and quiet, the service good. I used the restaurant service only for breakfast but it was good.

Good situation in a very quiet quarter with good comunicatios,trams and metro, (3 stations from the city center) Nice and clean rooms,frienly staff,acceptable breakfast. Very high ratio quality-price

Standard room, which could sleep 2 if needed on seperate beds. Breakfast was very basic and cold, but what do you expect for a cheap break? The bar had a good selection and the employees were friendly enough. Location was not fantastic. Would have prefered something closer to the centre of the city.

This hotel can at best be described as shabby. The rooms were overheated with no thermostat, the windows had to be jammed open, the television did not work properly, guard dogs from the car park constantly barked, (day and night), towels were often not replaced or replaced with torn and stiff ones. The staff were surly to say the least and took every opportunity to ask for extra money. The orange flavoured drink served at breakfast almost made the 2 euros demanded for fresh orange juice seem reasonable!

On arriving at the hotel we were allocated a twin room (we had booked a double)and were informed that the only rooms available were twins. This was later rectified as soon as other guests had signed out. The rooms were of a good standard and very clean and warm. The maid service was excellent. The food was reasonably good although we only ever stayed for the breakfast, so cannot comment on the whole menu. The hotel is quite near the town (a 10 min walk) but in a quiet part away from all the noise. We found the some of the staff a little impolite on times and found it hard to be served in the bar, although the other staff more than made up for this.
