The rooms where clean and spacious.
Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the bar snacks and drinks. The location was not a problem as the tram link to the train was right outside the door.
Would definately visit the hotel again.

The hotels location is not great, but the tram is just outside, so it is easy to reach the city center. The rooms are nice, but if you are so unlucky to get a room out to the street, it is hard to sleep more than a couple of hours, because of the noise from the tram. The breakfast was good, but it happened really often, that there was ex. No milk or no plates or spones, and when you asked somebody for more milk, they would say "oh yes" and turn around in to the kitchen, but nothing happend. But in overall, the service for the hotel in general, was pretty good.

This hotel is quiet but a lovely place staff friendly breasfast great selection of food.Transport to city centre very accessible by hotel taxi 10 mins or tram & metro 25 mins. Rooms big and confortable we would use this hotel again.

Great location with easy access to city centre and castle. Tram outside hotel close to metro station.Great value for money.Breakfast was included, ok if you just want coffee and cereal /toast,cooked breakfast to be avoided. No athmosphere in hotel bar. Check out the roof bar in the u prince hotel.Would stay in this hotel again mainly due to the yeego value rates.
