Hotel Mars is conveniently in Prague 10 and has very good connection to urban mass transportation, reliable and secure manner of public transport in Prague. Tram station is 100 meters from the hotel. 30m to tram station of trams No. 22 and 24 to the city centre (10 minutes), 500m to the metro station Strasnicka (10 minutes to the city centre).

Pro's: reasonably priced, edible breakfast, reasonably clean, excellent linked to the old town by trams 22 and 7. Con's: free parking spaces are available only on the street in the front of the hotel - too few; poor wireless connection; poor/no air conditioner, the breakfast never changes, the overall aspect (outside/inside) is quite old and obsolete. Overall: good place to stay for budget-oriented travellers, it is a decent place at a decent price. To be avoided by the cheap royal-blooded aristocracy.

The hotel is basic, but clean and tidy, the fittings are a bit dated now and cheap looking. The breakfast choice was limited. The surrounding location is rather poor, although there is a tram stop outside the front of the hotel, which takes around 20mins to the city centre. If your on a tight budget the hotel is adequate.
