The bedrooms are fantastic exactly what they say on the tin. First impression of service was very good, shown to our room and everything explained and welcome drink given. Breakfast for a 5 star hotel was average, buffet style with choice of hot breakfast, staff not very friendly waited to be seated but never acknowledged so seated ourselves, waited 10 minutes to be served not what i would csll 5 star service. Same for the Buddha Bar restaurant service extremely slow, food average standard for the value. Would stay here just for the rooms as they are very relaxing but otherwise definitely not a five star hotel.
