The Hotel Páv dates back to the year 1806, when it was called U tri kosu, the house of the three blackabirds, according to the sign above the main entry. The property was built in the early classicism style, which was heavily influenced by the art of ancient Greece and Rome. The building has been fully renovated in 2006, at the same time, fully respecting it's early classicism origins. Hotel Pav is ideally situated close to the heart of Prague, on the border of the old and new town, in the historical city center. The hotel was lovely and modern,rooms were of very good proportion,the staff were very helpful and the location was good. The only critisisim was at breakfast, there was only 1 toaster for the whole of the breakfast room and it seem to take forever to toast the bread! Would certainly recomend the hotel to friends.

We booked this hotel for its central position, and it was easy to walk from here to all the sites of Prague. Our room was a good size,nicley furnished and decorated, with a good bathroom as well. The whole hotel was modern and clean, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Prague.

hotel was nice and very clean the service at night at the bar was brilliant very friendly bar staff which made our stay even better...... we had a lovely christmas break and would come back again to this hotel

MY WIFE AND I STAYED AT THE HOTEL PAV FOR 6 NIGHTS OVER CHRISTMAS, THE HOTEL HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REFURBISHED AND IS VERY MODERN AND VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING ESPECIALLY THE GIRL ON THE BAR! THE LOCATION IS GREAT, ON A QUIET SIDE STREET BUT STILL ONLY A 10 MINUTE STROLL TO CHARLES BRIDGE ETC. THIS WAS OUR 4TH TRIP TO PRAGUE AND WITHOUT DOUBT OUR BEST. WE SHALL RETURN.
