| this hotel is so small you hardly have room to breath. The lounge bar is never staffed even though you couldnt relax with a drink because its that small. The staff were rude and extremly unhelpful. |

| Hotel was spot on for the break we had.Ideal loction,quiet area,central and convinenant.Clean rooms,fresh towels every day and beds made.Breakfast was lovely and staff pleasant.Top weekend for myself and girlfriend. |

| Hotel Crystal Palace has been nicely refurbished and is spotlessly clean. The only drawbacks are the niggly teething problems, such as electric fuses tripping and our toilet seat was loose. Our bedroom was nicely furnished if a little on the small side but a large 32inch wall mounted LCD TV is provided in each bedroom and the bathroom was very smart with nice fittings.The Bedroom could do with a mirror and tea/coffee making facilities would be nice although space in our room was limited. The corridor/stair areas could be a little dangerous as lighting is supposed to be triggered by movement wall sensors but they did not always work leaving you in semi darkness. We decided it best to use the lift. The staff were friendly and the service good. The Hotel does have drawbacks in that the public areas such as the breakfast room, bar area and reception area are far too small for the number of guestrooms. Overall not a 4 star hotel by UK standards but a nice 3 star hotel conveniently situated but it needs to sort out its problems. |

| we were well impressed my this hotel, rooms had lovely decor, quiet and very clean. staff very friendly. good spead put on for breakfast.location ideal 10minute walk from centre of prague.the pillows, only have two english speaking t.v channels and the bar closing at 10 were the only faults we could find. overall an extremely pleasant stay. |
