Fantastic hotel, probably the best i have ever stayed in for service, welcome and help while we were there were excellent. Rooms / spa / restaurant great. Hotel condition superb. Lives up to a leading hotel of the world.
Only possible negative is quite a way from the 'old' part of town. Approx 30 min walk. Best to buy 50p tram tickets and catch the no. 6 straight into the centre.
Other tip, get the hotel to pick you up from the airport, only works out about Ł7 more than the local taxi, would should cost around Ł20.
