The balbin hotel is at a good place up to the wenzelsquare. You can visit all places by foot. The hotel is familary, small, quiet, the rooms are big and clean, the bed was very good for sleeping and the breakfast was okay. The hotelpeople at the reception was very friendly at all time.

The room was plesent. The toulet is o.K.
The service and the attitude was very good.
We stayed there 6 nights, with no changing of the bed sheets.
There is a certain diffiqulty with the tiny elevator that begins one floor above, and finished half floor below the reception.
The location is quiet and good.
In general, we engoined very much.

The balbin is located on the top floor of a small building. The rooms are quiet , nice & clean. ... And big.

Room was really clean and spacious.
Breakfast was excellent.
Staff were really friendly, very helpful amd made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely stay there again.
The exterior was really misleading but once inside was like another world!
