The hotel service was great, tastefull breakfast, location perfect. I have staided at the hotel before and had a wonderful time. This time there was a bad smell in the bathroom all the time. We asked for changing the room but all the rooms were occupided.

The hotel was in a great location right near town square. It was nice and clean, the only thing is we would have expected tea & coffee making facilities in rooms in a 4* hotel

Nice room, but very small bathroom. We had some problems with the heating, but the staff was after some time able to help us. Friendly staff. Perfect location very close to everything.

the hotel rott was simply 1st class for cleaniness comfort style and location.i would stay ther again when we return to prague in the near future,getting around from the location was so easy as everything was so close.
