Very competent, helpful and freindly staff. Hotel is well situated at about 15 minutes walk of the Historical centre but a bit noisy as it is near highway exchanger.

I was travelling with 2 young adult children. The triple room was a real triple room with 3 real beds. Rollaway beds can be a nightmare. The beds wery very comfortable. Our room was near the main autoroute but double windows made a huge difference. Except for police sirens, we could not hear the traffic. It is a 10-minute walk to the centre but well worth the extra space our money bought us. The bathroom was brand new, spacious and clean. The breakfast was very copious with plenty of choice. We rarely used public transport. Prague is very walking friendly. I would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was in a good central location, walking distance to all main attractions and just under 700 Krone / 28 Euros for a taxi from the air-port. Hotel was clean and well presented inside, however not sure if it was worth the money for the size of the room (attic room on 6th floor - quiet small). The rooms were clean, modern, equipped with the usual TV, Safe, Mini Bar etc only one non smoking floor and you could smell cigarettes through the air con on odd occassions. The staff overall were very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as you would expect on a buffet service but a decent choice. My only complaint, which did niggle me a little, was that for the price of the stay, the hotel would not issue any further tea-bags, sugar etc for the room. They advised the tray would be refilled by the maid( which it wasn't) and that it was only 1 teabag per person per day !! At over 100 euros for the room, I didnt expect to have to request and be refused teabags - especially when we never even had the breakfast on 2 days that we had already paid for. Would stay there again, just a little cross about the drinks tray matter that's all!
