| Very nice hotel. In the summer it might be too hot in the top floor rooms. Nice and clean shower and bathroom. The installations need some maintenance (improper installations) even though they seem quite new. The breackfast was also ok. Very recommended for its price. |

| Rooms were clean, service good especially in the restaurant. Food was excellent ( we had dinner there all nighst exept one) Good breakfast. We stayed there on the Norwegian national day. We brought flags an candle lights for breakfast table. No problem, hotel fixed it. Location OK. Cheep taxi if you ask for price before you go. We werw 6 adults and 2 children who all recommend the hotel. |

| The hotel was very good, the beds are comfortable and very clean and tidy. But there is no elevator. The buffet eas really good. And it's next to tram stop to the city center. |

| Hotel is a converted walk up. No elevator (not a problem unless you have mobility issues). Rooms varied in quality - some had newer furnishings some not. Lack of air conditioning was a bit of an issue given heat wave happening while we stayed at hotel. Bathroom was quite small. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet - included - was ample, and had a good variety of food (although fruit was a little sparse). The hotel was a little ways from the city core, but a modest walk, or quick tram ride to the metro. |

| Hotel: was quite nice. Room n:o 17: was surely the worst of the hotel; too hot (pizzeria located downstairs got the chimney and one of the walls very hot), too small, ugly views to messy inner courtyard, not any ventilation but open window and if that was open bad smell came sometimes in from the pizzeria. The room also had not a double bed, (it had two separate beds) although we had made a confirmed recervation for that. The room was NOT suitable for mature couple who stays in hotel ten days and had made their recervation many months ago! For young interrailers who visit only one or two nights, the room is surely good enough. It was clean. And most of the other rooms are probably very good. Location: good - very easy to go to the city center. Traffic caused some noise. Breakfast: very good for the price. Cleaning: ok. Reception: not professional and helpful enough. Our wish to change our room was "too complicated", as one the girls said. But when our room had a small flood, made by broken water boiler, we got a very good room immediately! Unfortunately it happened nine days too late... Reception also closes at 8pm and we luckily arrived only 10 minutes earlier... Closing time would have been nice to know beforehand. |
