All the staffs could speak English and they were very kind. It was shame that the breakfast was always same and there was not many choise.

Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast spot on, rooms good size, with charachter not like most "modern plastic hotels" cleaned regularly, good location for trams and tube into Prague city centre. We had a great 5 days and could not fault it. Waited until 4 weeks to go to get a better deal on the price. A good solid 4 star hotel.
