Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast spot on, rooms good size, with charachter not like most "modern plastic hotels" cleaned regularly, good location for trams and tube into Prague city centre. We had a great 5 days and could not fault it. Waited until 4 weeks to go to get a better deal on the price. A good solid 4 star hotel.

My de luxe room was on the back street as i requires and the staff was young efficient and smiling, which is to day a great quality; restaurant 0.k. breakfast generous and room very clean.
