I' ve been to many hotels up to now. Grand was very good in many ways. I should mension the behaivour of the staff. IT WAS EXCELLENTE. I recoment the hotel to everyone. Thank you GRAND i had a great time

We decided to stay in this hotel after a very positive experience last year. This time frontdesk wasn't very helpfull during check in. They disabled my key without any notices. I had to look for my all emails-communications with hotel before. Last year we had a nice big room, but not this time. The good thing was that it was 2 rooms, but because of the dividing wall the bedroom feel very small compare to the room last year. Other than that was nice, quiet hotel in a convenient location. Breakfast was fabulous.

Very noisy hotel in front of the tram station and road.
We asked for a quiet room and got one especially noisy !
