The location could not be better only minutes from the seafront and all of the restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Free parking right outside hotel. We missed breakfast so cannot comment. Top class at a reasonable rate.

location was perfect: downtown but not in the noisy area.
room big and full of cooking facilities.

Room was small but well maintained with a nice balcony. Staff friendly. Hotel is 2 mins from the beach. What more do you want for a bugdet hotel. Excellent value.
