| Hotel room was very hot and stuffy as the air conditioning did not work very well. A number of the toiletry items in bathroom were not replaced on the days we stayed. Apart from this a very nice hotel. |

| After changing 2 room finally the 3rd room was quite nice. Bathroom toilette defect of the water-flush. Not repaired after claim !! -No ambiente in the pool area. -Saua, wirlpool etc, at charge -no air-port pick up service Nice, polite service |
