Outdated hotel, has not been renovated since many years and is certainly not "Sheraton standard". Reception staff is friendly and helpful but restaurant staff is rude and hardly speak any English.

this hotel presents a excellent quality/price. The pool and busness center are convenient. No bathrobes its unfortunate!!! Breakfest is very good.

Always stay here when coming to Zagreb. good location, quiet big rooms, TV in room a little small, free Internet, big lobby. breakfast nice but not more.
