| The Regent Esplanade Zagreb is an exquisite hotel in a stunning city centre location surrounded by beautiful gardens(only 20 mins taxi ride from the airport). Our room was extremely spacious and very tastefully furnished in true art deco style in keeping with the hotel's heritage. Service was impeccable. A truly memorable stay (and very cheap compared to many other 5* hotels we have stayed in worldwide!). 10/10 |

| We had a deluxe room which was great! Bathroom had underfloor heathing and was tiled in beautiful art deco emerald green tiles with both a bath and one of the best showers I have seen in a hotel! Food in The Zinfandel resturant was great(especially 'strukli' and fillet steak and the service was exceptional! Room service was equally good and panctual! The location of the hotel could not be better and is ideal for exploring the city. Although you are next to the main train station you cannot really hear the trains as the windows seem to be well isolated! We had a room overlooking the station and we barely heard anything, however when we visit again we will ask for the room overlooking the beautiful park with a fountin! All in all a fantastic hotel with a great history of the by gone era of the famous Orient Express train! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel when visting Zagreb! Not to forget they do the best irish coffee we have ever had!!! |

| Beautifully appointed rooms; spacious and luxurious. Elegant lobby and wonderful garden terrace. Buffet breakfast was delicious and service impeccable! Would definitely stay there again. Excellent value for money. |
