Location is good, close to the beach. Beds are the worst I've ever slept on. A hotel built during the communist era that has never been changed in over 60 years...really! Service was good, food ok (we had only breakfast and lunch).

Room was poor to mediocre. No mini-bar.
Hotel itself felt and smelt more like a redundant hospital - it felt very impersonal. The staff were helpful enough. The restaurant was poor and the choice, accompanied by flies, quite un-appetising. The setting was ideal and the views good. Of the 4 hotels we stayed at, 3 in Croatia and 1 in Bosnia this was the only one that I would not recommend to anybody.

We were very dissatisfied with our room - it was supposed to have double bed and had two twins put together with no board inbetween. The hotel was extremely noisy and the only person who wanted to help with any questions we had was the man who checked us in. I would not stay here again. But your travel service was fine.

Nice and clean rooms.
Breakfast OK.
Minus:
A long waiting time at the check in because of several busses (PL & Slo) that arrived in the same time. We had to wait that the check in of all these people was done (passport, visa etc).
Staff at the desk OK but overwhelmed.
When busses expected; please foresee more people at the desk!
