| Modern but absolutely no,zero charm. No landscaping at all! Out in the indusrtial section of Split. No nearby bus service to center of town. Taxi service good. rooms comfortable, quiet, hot water, elevator worked. Staff courteous but not knowledgeable for the tourist type of travellor. Guests mostly large tour busses arrived around 6 and departed early. Breakfast poor quality meats and cheese and pastries, unattractive food. coffee from a machine that did not always work. Room not made up on Saturday. ran out of toilet paper front desk did not know where to find toilet paper finally a large roll suitable for the the public bathroom was provided. this hotel is not a good alternative for those who want to be within walking distance of the Palace. Suggest checking out the Adrianna on the waterfront (I think that is the name) thanks Jean Brown |
