First of all it was a 2-star hotel and not a 3-star.
Second, it was very old, dirty, broken en very simple.
It seemed to be a youth hostel build in the 70tees and afterward no maintenance was done.
Rooms were dirty with insects, damp walls, dirty shower curtains, etc.
Even the pluming was not in order anymore as after 5 min of shower the bathrooms was flooded.
