| Lapad Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Dubrovnik built in 1911 and a cascade type wing was constructed in 1986. At the same time a complete reconstruction of the former part was done. The hotel is situated on the Lapad peninsula just by the sea, 400 meters from the nearest public beach. A selection of bars, restaurants & cafés are nearby. Hotel is 3 km from the Old City that provides an ideal base for those wishing to relax and discover the enchanting Old Town of Dubrovnik with a regular bus service |

| Rooms were adequate, what you would expect from a three-star hotel, but the bathrooms were quite small, with not much room to manoeuvre. Staff were friendly, even at the end of the holiday season. The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was very good, and got me up early every morning. The location is great, right by the marina, and it's just a short busride into the old town (with the bus stop just around the corner). There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby on the main 'strip' of Lapad if you want to stay local. On the minus side, the marina can be quite nosiy at night, and my husband was disappointed that the hotel bar didn't have any draught beer! |

| We were booked into the Lapad Hotel in Dubrovnik. The hotel was exactly as described.. even better in fact as we were led to expect a small pool, and the pool was plenty big enough! The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. |

| Lapad hotel was a quiet and nice hotel. The breakfast was splended.We got a very nice wiev from our balcony.The balcony was small.Swimming pool was clean and big enough to take a good swim. | Our room in the newer part of the hotel was small but adequate. Found the staff very friendly and helpfulI liked the in room air conditioner which was very quiet in operation. . The food was just okay. Beautiful dining room. Adequate breakfast. We had dinner there on 2 occasions and it was just okay. I don't think I would ever go have dinner there again. For example I ordered stewed fruit for desert and it turned out to be a couple of peach slices out of a can swimming syrup. Location is very good. Close to the No 6 bus route to take you the old town. |
