Renovated in 2002, Hotel Argentina is perfectly located in the area of Ploce, opposite Lokrum island, in the neighborhood of the Dubrovnik historic centre and surrounded by a beautiful sub tropical park. The hotel provides very lovely Adriatic sea view and one of the best views of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The distance to the centre of Dubrovnik is 500 m and to the Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km

Hotel was excellent. Great service, including the delivery of a bottle of wine on my birthday without prompting, and the sea views were excellent from the bedrooms

I have stayed at Argentina many times since 1967! I feared its recent rennovation might have ruined its charm, but it is still a wonderful hotel with great views of the Old Town and within walking distance. I also appreciated the parking availability!

Room was for me cold. There was a very wet spell.
Breakfast was not five star standard, coffee is important for me in the morning, the coffee was not good, The hotel owner needs to get a good consultant chef to work with staff to improve breakfast.
The staff were SUPERB and could not have been more welcoming and helpful, very charming. Location is magic and convenient to everything, could not be better. I will be staying again and looking forward to it.

Wonderful place : only 15mn walking to the old town
Very nice rooms : comfortable & clean
Very good service : nice people and a lot of activities in the hotel
Very good food at reasonable price (compared to old town)
