Nice modern hotel, close to sea & restaurants

This hotel was recommended as a replacement to the Grand Park Hotel, both hotel were of a 3 star rating. We got a villa room, which meant we were away from the hotel itself and it was just a room in another building. There wasn't many staying in the hotel but still it wasn't very clean and breakfast seemed like it had been served the previous day! We didn't eat it. It wasn't a good replacement for the Grand Park Hotel as we stayed in the Grand Park for the rest of our stay.
