Rooms: Rooms are clean, bathrooms are well-sized, shower is nice, storage is adequate. Ask at reception for key to safe. Some rooms do not have a balcony. Balcony is a great size. Double Bed is a twin bed pushed together. Service: Reception are helpful and pleasant and speak very good english. Rooms are cleaned daily, new towels daily, sheets are not changed daily. Food: Breakfast is adequate. The fruit selection is pretty minimal. Three choices of cereal. Some hot food, sausages, rashers and eggs (fried and scrambled). Cold meats and cheeses, yogurts, breads and pastries. Location: Five minute walk from the number 6 bus to the old town Ten minute uphill walk from the number 6 bus from the old town Ten minute walk to Lapad beach Thirty-five minute hilly walk to old town Other: There is no swimming pool.

Can highly recommend hotel, it is newly built, with all required amenities, other than a bar fridge. It is located a little far from bus stop, about 5 mins walk.

service was very good, buffet in the evening didnt look great, but the al a carte was very enjoyable. was within a nice walking distance to the town.
