Generally it was a wonderful and accommodating stay, very kind and helpful staff. Restaurant was just OK. We had one saggy too soft bed, ended up w/ shoulder pain/otherwise pretty comfy and pleasant. Could use more closet space !! Great location, easy walk to the little ferries to Granville Market, fun day out

The Quality Hotel Inn at False Creek is bomb. It was located in a part of Vancouver that was hip and happenin' and also the people that worked there were tight as hell. From the concierge, who was extremely accomodating and friendly, to the maids, who did a wicked good job of cleaning up the place, the Quality Inn staff made that place a glorious refuge from Vancouver's blustery streets. The room we stayed in was both spacious and warm. One thing that would have been nice was a mini fridge, but at least ice was easily accessible on the floor above us. The elevator always came almost only seconds after pushing the button which was nice. All in all the Quality Inn was not only a truly quality place, but it was also the knees to our bees, the pajamas to our cats, and the cinnamon on our toast. I highly recommend it.

Very nice rooms, spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed coming back to the hotel after a long day in the city. The hotel staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, they were all very professional, very helpful, and very nice to us. Every one of them should be nominated for the excellent customer service award. The only downside of our stay was the breakfast price, for one third of that price we could get the exact same breakfast in another place round the corner. The friendliness of the restaurant staff did make up for the price though.
