We had a deluxe queen room on the 24th floor in Nov 2008. The location was central & perfect for a long weekend of walking tours of Vancouver, restaurants & shopping. The pool/gym area is lovely; locker rooms were well kempt, though no steam room. The room was fine, bed very comfy, but furnishings and TV were old, bathroom poorly lit; a renovation of the rooms is taking place now - they are doing 1 floor at a time starting at the lowest floor & moving up (they were up to the 10th floor during our visit). Service was not as good at other 4 Seasons, especially at the restaurant/bar, YEW. It took 3 tries for maintenance to get the TV/DVD player to work properly. Maid service was constantly late or non-existent. The gym staff was the best of all employees we encountered. We would go back to this hotel.
