| We live in Vancouver and went for an anniversary getaway and hockey game. We often stay downtown for concerts and other events and found the Soleil to be an excellent place to stay. We were surprised by complimentary wine in our room and a card congratualting us on our anniversary which was a nice touch. Room itself was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. ( I travel a lot for business and believe me this bed was one of the best. ). The room is a little on the small side for a suite but utilizes it's space well. Parking was a little pricey but the secured parking and valet service made it worth it. The location is perfect for shoppers. Pacific Center Mall is only a block and half away and Robson Street is also very close. Starbucks right accross the street too. Restaurant is also excellent, try the stuffed pork chop. Wine list was pretty limited and low end for a nice place. |
