| hotel clean and tidy but desperately needs refurbished. Disappointed with the room it was very drab and depressing.Staff friendly and very helpful.Excellent location though. |

| Room was very small and I only had a single bed. Requested a double and it was given to me with no problems. Room was OK, clean etc but just very small. The location is very good, close enough to walk just about anywhere and removed frome the somewhat sleazy areas on Granville St and Gastown. |
