The Strathcona Hotel Toronto, Toronto

The hotel's location is excellent. In the heart of the bussiness district next to the airport's bus station, the union subway and the main VIA train station. In a walking distance from the Easton sqr and accecible to the CN tower as well as the entertainment district where you can enjoy a nice walk, restaurants, bars or a local permormance from the Canadian theatre companies. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The staff, apart from a guy who was not that helpful, was very friendly and understanding. Unfortunately we did not have the chance to taste tha breakfast since weirdly the kithcen was closed for Christmas making us wondering around each morning for coffee. Thankfully not all the cafes were closed so we could enjoy a cup of coffee before sightseeing. Definately staying there again.

Room was big enough for two, nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful! Hotel very close to all downtown attractions and only 30 minutes from airport.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little bit small but still very nice. Although there is no parking at the hotel there is undergroud parking right beside the hotel entrance and it only cost us about $21 which is very cheap for downtown Toronto. The hotel was close to everything. We would definatley stay there again.

Hotel is just around the corner from the train station which was fantastic for us. It also has a bus stop out the front, very good for airport. The room was good, not huge but all one requires. Staff were very helpful!!

we stayed here in the strathcona for four nights and found it very clean and excellent value for the money we paid. plenty of restaurants bars and shopping nearby. union station is very close.on the first night it was a bit noisy but had no complaints after that. there is free internet in the reception which was great when it was working.bar was a bit dreary and does not open on sundays otherwise we could not fault it. will definitely stay again.

room clean, bathroom clean. early morning call 5.30. excellant. Location great for Union Station, Bus Depot and Downtwon Toronto.

The hotel was great. Not a huge, fancy hotel but it was quiet, clean, the staff were incredible. The restaurant food (breakfast) was great. The rooms are a little small so if you would have a family you might find it a tight squeeze. I was very pleased and would highly recommend it. Thank you!
