Perfect location, close to CN Tower and opposite Union Station, bus stop for the airport shuttle in front of the hotel. Those who appreciate very traditional hotels will enjoy the special atmosphere.

One of these grand old luxury hotel buildings, perfect location (very close to CN Tower, public transportation, etc.), and very polite and professional staff.

Service was excellent: all staff were very helpful. A choice of restaurants (from formal to casual) was appreciated, and the central location right above the station and subway and a short walk from the CN tower, the Eaton Shopping Centre, Old Fort York, etc., could not be improved on.

Smallish older room but adequate for a nights sleep though cooling system poor.Good concierge service.
