| The Hrankov is anything but a 5 star hotel. I'm sure it's not even a 3 star hotel. As soon as we walked in there was no porter, only one receptionist and a security guard standing idle in the reception area. The lifts weren’t working and the place looked like haunted – bare, dark and smelly! Not even a person is sight. Definitely not one would expect from a so called ‘5 star hotel’. The rooms badly needed some air and in the half hour we spent in our room we managed to kill 2 cockroaches!!!! Need I say more? We checked out within the hour and checked in at the Sheraton were we enjoyed a 5 star service at its best. |
