| Very nice, modern and comfortable, perfect location, no hotel parking but parking was available on the street. |

| The location was great, always felt safe even in the evenings. Rooms a bit small and the breakfast room was way to small with to many people, had to queue. Overall clean with great staff and would stay there again. |

| excellent place. the rooms we got (standard) were small and with no view at all. breakfast - good. using the internet was very expensive and so were the offers we got from the staff to get around. for examp- they recommended to buy tickets +transportation to marakana in 100 rials while ticket costs no more than 20 rials and getting there by bus cost 2.10 rial. Besides this its clean pleasant and located in the best part of kopa (very close to ipanema). |

| We had to wait for a room to be ready; meanwhile two other families, who came in after us were served. They overcharged us 15 real for a taxi to Lapa. The room smelled of smoke and had a view of a cement wall. We will not be returning to the Orla. |

| The Hotel was very nice for the price. It was missing dresser drawers and a remote control for the AC, but otherwise it was very comfortable and well located. |
