We enjoyed staying in this hotel and would stay again if in Rio de Janeiro.Our second room was a lot better than first,noise-wise. Staff were friendly and helpful.One thing we found strange,no clocks anywhere! Perhaps this was done for a purpose!

Service was very good. But the windows are very old and therefore the noise from outside is not stopped by a closed window. Old fashioned rooms.

rooms indifferents old fashioned ,bathroom not so clean,without ammenities. feeling of a boat cabin. breakfast was good. the service was medium. maby the standars of brasil are differents but sure not a 4 star hotel.

The rooms are comfotable and clean. Location is good. The reception: My airport transportation did not arrive so they ordered me a taxi on their expense.

THe service was excellent, both in the restaurant and at the hotel itself. THe staff was always pleasant and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The only drawback is the location, because this part of Copacabana is not the safest but as long as you keeps your wits about you, I recommend this hotel.
