Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Excellent service, made me feel very welcome
And were always at hand when help was needed. The only reason for not giving a 10 were the few instances where one would call for a lift and had to wait longer than expected for the concierge. Otherwise 10 out of 10 highly recommended.

The location is good and the staff is very nice. However, the room was in fairly poor repair, particularly the bathroom and closets. Elevators are of an older model and require an operator. While this is good for the security of your room it was fairly inconvenient and I often used the stairs.

Rooms was fine, but toilet was not as good as I had expected. Towels were stinking. Water spray installed at WC was not working properly. Also on second morning, shower was not working properly.
Hotel does not show English channels on TV. Also TV recption was also not clear. It is absolutly unexpected from a hotel who is charging 106 R$ per day.
I must say that location is too good for a hotel. I really liked the location of the hotel and a english speaking reception ofcourse.
They have a very old styled lift which some times does not come up on calling. It need a dedicated person from hotel staff to operate, which more often is not available. Many times I have to come down using stairs from 6th floor (which is also unacceptable).
Breakfast was OK, although they served same breakfast both days.
