Excellent hotel. Very clean, safe. Fantastic view from deluxe room. Beautiful, modern rooms. Delicious, bountiful buffet breakfast. Very accommodating staff. Only drawback was lack of concierge. Otherwise, excellent all the way around.

Stayed here for 5 days and have nothing but positives to say about the hotel. Room very comfortable with stunning view of Copacabana. On arrival room was ready well before check-in time. Sparkling wine on arrive also. The buffet breakfast was superb served on the 5th floor, with the best of fruit, cereals and lovely omelettes which have to be ordered. A great hotel in perfect location in Rio and access to good bus network. Hotel good at organising trip to airport too. A great place to stay.

Nice hotel from the outside, but rooms are very noisy and the beds are small. You have to pay for internet; Sheraton gives you at least 30 min a day. Breakfast was not good; location is touristy if you are into that. Would not stay there again, go to Ipanima and Leblon.

We have been wonderfully happy with the hotel. Despite the fact that the building outside looks pretty hugly, inside everything is of very good taste. The room we had was large and nice, with a balcony, table and chairs. Beautiful view on the water and the beach. The staff is extremely nice, speacking eather english or french. The breakfast is perfect, in a very nice room with a wonderful ocean view. A small terrasse at the top with a nice bar, and fantastic view. We highly recommand this hotel.

Rio Internacional - excellent hotel, all rooms have balconies with partly ocean view. The rooms are beautifully decorated - the hotel seems as if it has just been renovated. We can strongly recommend this hotel! Niels & Käthe
