| I was not greeted well, and immediately told as I had booked through you I would be receiving a limited service. The room was mediocre, and the curtains were dirty and ill matched, I asked 3 times for them to be changed and was ignored. I felt the hotel was not a true 5 star, (I travel extensively for work and stay at 5* plus hotels and this certainly did not measure up) I think if I went to Rio again I would choose either the Marriott or the Ritz Carlton. |
