| Good location in Copacabana but look like a 3 stars Hotel. Terrible rooms on left side facing a very noisy disco until 5 o'clock in the morning. Old rooms until 23rd floor with very old and messy bathrooms. Attention to yr staff because many small items are normally stolen from the floor employers. Service of a 2-3 stars no maximum. Breakfast very poor, as 2 stars Hotel. Graziano Menicatti |

| This hotel is only worth the money if you find a big hotel with a lot of guests in queues for "everything" amusing. The rooms are ok, but nothing special. Nice to be near the beach, but still you have to cross the avenue. The breakfast is better on many smaller and cheaper hotels in Rio, and you do not need to stay in queue to get seated and to get coffee and juice. Taxes were put on the bill, but they where removed when we complained. |

| After a transoceanic trip of 15 hours , I had to wait for my room more than 1 hour, because was not ready. I had paid one type of room and gave me another room.I'll not come back again. |
